Please note below our Payment Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policies as well as our Privacy & Security
policies.
■Payment ---------------------------------------------------------
Your Credit Card statement will show a charge from “PR-TECH”
or “PRTech JpRes Hawaii”.
For reservations made for after March 19, 2007, the total amount above will be charged on your credit card approximately three weeks prior to your arrival.
In the event your reservation falls within the New Year period between December 26, 2007 and January 3, 2008, charges will be made approximately three months prior to your reservation.
In the event your reservation is less than three weeks away from the date you made the reservation, or less than three months away for reservations which fall within the New Year period, payment will be charged when your reservation is confirmed.
Your Credit Card statement will show a charge from “PR-TECH” or “PRTech JpRes Hawaii”.
■ Cancellation & Refunds ----------------------------------------
For most Starwood properties, refunds will be made in full except where a cancellation fee may apply. A Cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s stay + tax will be applied for no-show or if canceling or changing reservations within three days prior to the check-in date if the reserved dates are not within the year-end peak period.
Princeville Resort - A Cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s stay+ tax will be applied for no-show or if canceling or changing reservations within 7 days of arrival or no-show, 1 night + tax.
Sheraton Maui & Westin Maui - A Cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s stay+ tax will be applied for “no show”. If canceling or changing reservations within 3 days of your stay there will be a charge for 2 night's stay + tax.
Year End Cancellation Policy
For
most Starwood properties a Cancellation fee equal to the entire reserved
stay + tax will be applied for a cancellation or “no show” if the reserved
dates are within the year-end peak period between December 26, 2007 and January
3, 2008 and cancellation is made after December 25, 2007. For
the same peak period, if cancellation is made on
or after Nov 1st through December 25th then the cancellation fee will be 2
night’s stay + tax.
Sheraton Maui & Westin Maui - A
Cancellation fee equal to the entire reserved stay + tax will be applied for cancellation and no-show if the reserved dates are within the year-end peak period between December 25, 2007 - January 3, 2008 and the cancellation is made on or after November 1, 2007.

language. Your Credit Card statement will show the charge to be from “PR-TECH”
or “PRTech JpRes Hawaii”. PacRim Marketing Group assumes no responsibility aside from reservations services.
